Like a lot of tradies, I couldn't find a decent custom bench at a fair price. The hardware stores sell benches designed to look good in the aisle — not built for real workshop use. The few fabricators who'd quote custom work wanted big money and long waits.
So I started building my own. When other tradies in Perth saw what I'd made and started asking "can you build me one?" — Sustainable Metals was born, out of the workshop in Bayswater.

Heavy Steel Box Section Frame
Built from 75×50mm and 50×50mm RHS, or heavy 75×75×4mm SHS on our upgraded frames. Welded construction — built to take real industrial load without flex or movement.

Built to your exact spec. If any dimension is off, we'll correct or rebuild it at no cost to you.
